Goodwill Independent Living Retirement Village offers opportunity
for an active lifestyle without the responsibilities of home maintenance.
The village consists of 30 cottages. One and two bedroom designs
are available. Each of these modern residence (approx. 1,100 square
feet) features a private connected garage, handicap accessible features,
kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, hot water baseboard heat, telephone
and cable TV hookup, access to high speed internet and an emergency
call system.
Convenient Services
Cottages are available at an affordable lifetime lease and monthly maintenance fee. Services are provided to make your life easier and more enjoyable including lawn care, snow removal and refuse removal.
The community features paved roads, no property taxes and is in close proximity to Goodwill’s Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Home. Living in the village gives residents easy access to services provided in the nursing home including physical therapy, occupation therapy, speech therapy and beauty/barber services. Village residents are given priority to move on to Goodwill’s Assisted Living and Nursing Home when the need arises.
